Acting on behalf of Northwood Urban Logistics, FHP have concluded 2 lettings to coincide with practical completion of the Teal Park Industrial Scheme in Netherfield to the east of Nottingham.

The lettings have seen Yellow Octopus & Upcycle Labs take Units 1 and 2 on the scheme respectively, both companies provide commercial sustainability and upcycling solutions for the fashion industry and are expanding their operations within the city.

The Teal Park scheme provides some 165,000 sq ft of industrial and trade units and both Yellow Octopus and Upcycle Labs join an established tenant line up including Screwfix, Howdens, Toolstation, Karcher, ETB and Paint Well.  The joint marketing efforts of FHP and Phillips Sutton have resulted in a number of lettings on the estate with only 2 of the 14 trade counter units left available and only 4 of the industrial/warehouse units remaining.

Iain Taylor, Director at Northwood Urban Logistics commented: ‘’Enquiries remain strong at Teal Park since the market for industrial units of this size remains on the up given shortage of supply and particularly when you add in Nottingham’s excellent transport links with the rest of the UK.”
