The deal comes shortly after unit 12, the largest unit on the estate, went under offer to a sustainable development group on confidential terms.

Formula One Autocentres will take unit 4 (4,844 sq. ft) on completion, adding to their growing portfolio of over 130 UK branches. The company have gone from strength to strength, with over 800 highly trained staff, making it one of the UK’s largest independent autocentre chains.

Northwood purchased the 4.1-acre site from Chancerygate in 2021, to develop the 15-unit industrial scheme. The development, which boasts green credentials and road prominence, is due to complete in February 2022.
